A polymath but practical fellow, Osman is resourceful, curious, and a pleasure to engage. At our small company, I needed an outside resource to tackle a more difficult, R&D oriented task. Although our technology is ebeam lithography, there are many parallels to laser material processing and other optical effects. I worked closely with Osman as a part-time consultant for about a 6-month project. Osman’s insights proved extremely valuable in making cross connections to the phenomena we measured in our process and generated new ideas to explore for improving our technology. I will happily solicit his help again when the time comes to tackle the next hard problem!
